Diversity inspires and challenges me. I am fortunate to work with a broad range of clients – big and small – including arts organisations, charities, corporates, universities, hospitality, medicos, recruitment and technology firms. I am an active in the design and education community – a member, and former councillor, of the AGDA (Australian Graphic Design Association). I also lecture Communication Design at Billy Blue College of Design in Brisbane–working with young designers keeps me on my toes.
I aim to deliver top notch, honest customer service. Managing client expectations is a key part of my business and the reason many of my clients return time and again. My aim isn’t to meet client expectations but to exceed them.
The design process should be a collaborative one where the best results come from an ongoing discussion. Fostering long-term partnerships with my clients is fundamental to me understanding their businesses. I like to work with my clients, not just for them.

The foundation of an effective design solution is based on asking the right questions and listening. That way no assumptions are made and an informed approach is always taken.

In a competitive market good design is imperative to good business. It ensures how you communicate is relevant and engaging. Good design will set you apart from your competition.
